Make your flight journey even more enjoyable by pre-ordering your inflight meal in advance. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing from a wider variety of dishes, including special diet options. Select up to five meals and five drinks per person, combining flavours to your taste. Simply add your meals when booking your flight.

  • All pictures of meals are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the real product.
  • Purchase and distribution of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age are strictly forbidden by law.
  • Contact your travel agency or airBaltic to order your meal for the flight. The offer and ordering time may vary depending on the flight destination, departing location and time till departure
  • Meals can only be pre-ordered for flights operated by airBaltic.
  • Meals cannot be pre-ordered for codeshare flights operated by other airlines (flight numbers 5000-6999; 7400-7440; 7741-7748).
  • For charter flights operated by airBaltic (flight numbers 7000-7399; 7450-7739; 7750-8000), meals can be booked through your tour operator.
  • Hot meals are available on flights lasting more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. On shorter flights only cold meals are available.
  • If there is more than one passenger in the booking, a meal should be ordered separately for each passenger.
  • When pre-ordering meals during flight booking on airBaltic.com, you can select up to 5 meals and 5 drinks per passenger. If you're adding a pre-order meal to an existing reservation (via manage my booking, online check-in, call center and travel agencies) you will be able to choose from predefined meal sets.
  • At each stage of your booking journey, and as your departure time approaches, the selection of available meal offers may be reduced.
  • Online meal orders must be placed no later than 24 hours before departure for flights departing from Tallinn (TLL), and Vilnius (VNO). For all other departure locations, the meal order must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Online meal orders must be placed no later than 1h before departure for flights departing from Riga. Please note that in the last 12 hours before departure, only a very limited selection of meal offers may be available and cannot be guaranteed.
  • After successfully making a payment you will receive a confirmation message with an invoice attached to the e-mail address you provided.
  • Once a meal has been booked it cannot be removed from the booking and payment cannot be refunded and selection cannot be changed.
  • In case you change your flight date/time and process is finalized more than 24 hours before the new time of departure for the flights departing from Riga, Vilnius, or Tallinn, or more than 48 hours before the new time of departure from other locations, your meal will still be provided, but it may vary from the original if the menu has been changed.
  • In case you change your flight date/time and process is finalized less than 24 hours before the new time of departure for the flights departing from Riga, Vilnius, or Tallinn, or less than 48 hours before the new time of departure from other locations, your meal will not be provided and payment will not be refunded, unless the flight/date time is changed by airBaltic.
  • If the flight/date time changes are performed by airBaltic and the initial meal cannot be provided, passengers will be contacted and can either choose alternative from the offered meal options or receive a full refund for the meal payment. The entire reservation must select one of these two options, offers cannot be combined.
  • In case of last-minute irregularities and potential change of aircraft type, any meal on board may be replaced with a different meal from the onboard menu. You may decline the change and request a refund for the meal by contacting customer care after the flight.
  • If the flight is cancelled by airBaltic and the full refund option is selected by the passenger, payment for the meal will be refunded together with all other payments.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that certain ingredients (such as peanuts or peanut derivatives) will be excluded from our catering.
  • Meals will be served in appropriate single-use packaging, and the brand of products may vary.
